ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

Most of our ingredients are listed as organic from our suppliers. However, because we are not in a position to perform our own organic testing at this time, we are not legally allowed to make any claims on our labels that our ingredients are organic.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

WHY DOES IT SAY PARFUM ON SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS?

When we formulate our aromatic blends with numerous essential oils, we cannot list each one on our labels simply because there is not enough room to do so. In order to comply with Canadian government regulations, our only other options are to use “Parfum” or “Fragrance.” We like to think of our aromatic blends as botanical parfums. Please see our product descriptions for a list of the essential oils in each product that contains them.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We acknowledge the land that we live and operate our business on is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS TO SHIP?

Our products are ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm EST will be processed the following day.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We do not sell gift cards at this time.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR THOSE THAT ARE PREGNANT AND/OR NURSING?

Some products made with essential oils are not always recommended, especially during the first trimester. Please check with your medical practioner first.
